Yes, all we require is your old web hosts login details and we can migrate them over to our infrastructure. Migrations are usually quick and take about an hour to complete.
The storage limit specified for the reseller plan is for the entire account. This basically means that the account under the reseller account will also share that storage limit.
Yes, you will get access to both WHM and cPanel. WHM (Web Host Manager) is where you manage and create your hosting accounts under your reseller account.
Due to pricing changes in late 2019, cPanel now charges on the amount of accounts that are hosted under its license, so we are therefor forced to charge per-account as well. We do offer static account plans if you prefer it over the usage-billing model.
The premium version of Sitepad comes included with every reseller account, with no extra charge or fee on your end.
Yes, our cPanel reseller plans are 100% NVMe Storage. Including both data storage and data access via MySQL.
You can either purchase these during checkout (Under addons) or if you already have a reseller account with us, through the Client Area.
Usage billing is based on your usage, so the more accounts you have under your reseller account, the more you will be billed every month. Each usage billed cPanel reseller plan comes with its own pricing per account as well as having "included" cPanel accounts that are freely included. Static billing has a set number of accounts included and pricing does not increase with the amount of accounts you have. We recommend using the Static billing option.
